During his service tenure Mr. Nitin has been actively involved in the HED industry for more than 30 years in a career spanning across India - Mumbai, Pune & Chandigarh and has handled several responsibilities which includes planning, budget & estimation, sales & marketing . Said that, he has array of work experience of handling society matters as he was elected and held the position as Hon' secretary for more than 10 years.
His rich experience in field of planning and estimation, devising internal control systems & formulation of operating procedures, monitoring & checks, prudently addressing deviations etc, is a befitting asset to the company.

Mr. Rahul is a commerce graduate, a qualified Chartered Secretary (CS) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Welingkar’s Institute, Matunga. He is also a non-executive director on Board of the company. His advisory support to the overall team and clientele towards Compliance, Governance & Management helps tables fresh ideas of effective management and at the same time, amidst others, also ensures fair governance.
